What day of the week do you deliver?

We prepare and cook each meal during the week and delivery on weekends.  If this doesn’t suit you please get in touch.  We are here to help.

What if I’m not at home when you deliver?

We will notify you prior to the delivery day with an estimated delivery time.  We can leave the DoggyBag box on your doorstep or you can specify a preferred spot in the delivery instructions when you make your order.

Can I change the serving size?

Yes.  Each serving is calculated based on your dog’s weight and lifestyle.  However, if you feel the serving size is too small or too much, please give us a call on 1300 881 565 and we will happily adjust your plan.

What if I don't want weekly deliveries?

Our weekly service is preferred as this allows us to control your dog’s diet to ensure they get all the nutrients they need.  However if the weekly service doesn't suit your pooch or your budget, then get in touch with us and we can arrange fortnightly or monthly deliveries.

Wet food or dry food – which is better for my dog?

The endless debate.  Both food types have their benefits, which is why offer meal plans offering both dry and wet food.  Dry food is nutrient dense as well as being very high in calories, however it lacks moisture and some key nutrients.  At DoggyBag we have formulated a well-balanced wet food to complete your pooch’s daily requirements, along with an industry approved canine supplement. Why two meals per day?

Portion controlled feeding is considered by many experts to be the best approach for dogs in all life stages.  It allows you to carefully monitor your pet’s food intake, which can help reduce their likelihood of developing obesity and other related diseases.   However, the biggest disadvantage of portion controlled feeding is that it requires more of a time commitment and effort by you – this is where DoggyBag comes in.

Do you have a discount for more than one pooch?

Yes!  We offer a 20% discount for every additional pooch.  Place your orders for every dog and we'll apply the discount before your first payment date

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We do not accept payments via PayPal. Contact Us to find out more.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes.  You can cancel using your Billing Portal or please call us on 1300 881 565.  If you wish to pause your subscription please see below.  Your feedback will assist us to continually improve our service and product.

I’m going on holidays, can I pause my subscription?

Yes.  Please give us a call on 1300 881 565 and we'll pause your subscription until you wish to restart.  
We have a minimum pause period of two weeks.
If you're going on holidays and would like continue DoggyBag let us know and we can cook 2-3 weeks so your pooch doesn’t miss out.

How secure is my payment?

All payments are securely processed over an encrypted connection (SSL) and your card information never touches our servers.  All order and payment processing is handled by Chargify and Stripe.  These services comply with the highest security standards.  Read more about the Stripe and Chargify security policies on their site.
