The terms "we", "us", "our", "DoggyBag", "DoggyBag Delivery Pty Ltd" and the "Website" and ”Service” refers to the Owner whose registered postal address is 12 The Drive, Freshwater, NSW 2096. The term Website includes any other website owned and operated by
DoggyBag Delivery Pty Ltd (ABN 60 601 373 120).
By using the Website you agree that doing so is at your own risk. DoggyBag, including but not limited to its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and third-party content providers does not under any circumstances make any warranty:
1. That the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free; or
2. As to the results that may be attained from the use of the Website, or use of the information or Products provided through the Website.
In order to subscribe and purchase the DoggyBag products you will need to provide information about yourself and your dog(s). If during the process you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete we may suspend, terminate or refuse both your current and future access to our products and services.
Cancellation or Pausing The Service
If you wish to cancel or pause your weekly meal service you must notify DoggyBag by email or phone by the Thursday before the next delivery. DoggyBag will acknowledge the request and ensure no further payments are made. If however you do not notify DoggyBag within this timeframe they hold the right to charge you for an additional week at the cost of the exiting meal plan. There is a minimum pause period of two weeks. If you're going on holidays and would like continuing DoggyBag let us know and we can cook 2-3 weeks so your pooch doesn’t miss out. If you wish to pause your subscription for a single week please get in contact with us to discuss.
All requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made by contacting DoggyBag by phone or email. DoggyBag will happily provide a refund for any product that was spoilt, in this instance please retain the product for examination.
DoggyBag schedules deliveries on Sunday mornings. Delivery days are subject to temporary change during special events local to you and on public holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you an exact time for your delivery - your order can be delivered at anytime on your scheduled delivery day. The food is delivered in a cardboard box and the food will be delivered cold so it can be left in a shaded spot for up to 1-2 hours. It is your responsibility to refrigerate the food within this period to ensure the food does not spoil. You can specify a secure area where you would like the box left when you place your order.
You acknowledge that all material published or appearing on the Website, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, images, icons, photographs, typefaces, software, data, information, pictures, and other materials, including all third party content and user generated content (collectively, Content) is the sole property of the Owner. The Content may not be reproduced, published or transmitted without prior written consent from the Owner. Infringement of copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Privacy and Personal Information
You agree and acknowledge that where the Website sets out Third Party Information, that Third Party Information is being made available by us to you as a free service. Whilst we will not knowingly provide incorrect information, any reliance on Third Party Information is entirely at your own risk.
If any portion of the Terms are deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that will not affect or impair the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining terms and those remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. Law These Terms, and your use of the Website or Services shall be governed by the laws in existence in Australia. Any claim(s) related to doggybagdelivery.com.au, its constituents, and/or services provided by DoggyBag shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales and you agree to submit to having the matter dealt with in a court within New South Wales, Australia.
